Bar Emperor

Bar Emperor is a bar in an alley behind Taipei Station that serves Japanese-style cocktails, whisky, and sake. Tell the bartender your preferred base spirit and tastes, such as acidity or sweetness, and they will make a customized cocktail. The master bartender has lived in Japan and serves customers in Japanese, working with cocktails as well as Japanese and local drinks. Cheese platters and salami are available as accompaniments.
