Seoritae Heukdubu

Seoritae Heukdubu is a restaurant in Anmyeon, Taean, serving black tofu made from seoritae and dubu jeongol. The owner makes the tofu in-house and serves dubu kimchi along with clear and spicy soups, while the seoritae kongguksu comes with chewy noodles. A parking lot is on site, and the restaurant fills up at lunch and is quieter in the evening. The tofu itself is not particularly distinctive in taste.
