Pajeon Kalguksu

Pajeon Kalguksu is a restaurant inside Taean Seobu Market in Taean-eup that serves only one dish: bajirak kalguksu. Thick noodles made from dough prepared on site are boiled in a rich broth with plenty of plump clams. There are about six tables, and two elderly women cook and serve, so waits of 20 to 30 minutes are common at mealtimes. Payment is cash only.
