Yangui Jegop

Yangui Jegop charcoal-grills Korean beef gopchang (grilled intestines) and daechang (beef large intestine) in Gwangandong, Busan, across from the Suyeong Dongwon Vista shopping complex. Its signature dish is a Seoul-style sun gopchang platter with daechang (beef large intestine), odregi, makchang (beef abomasum), and yeomtong. Cheonyeop, yukhoe, and hoekgan are served as complimentary side dishes. Pets are allowed.
