Takedaya

Takedaya is a Japanese restaurant in Gwangalli, Busan, serving sanuki udon and set meals. The noodles are made in-house as jota noodles and used in bukkake udon, yubu udon, and eomuk udon. It opens at 11:30 a.m., and a wait forms ten minutes later. The paid parking lot across the street offers no parking support, and the tsuyu for the bukkake is on the salty side.
