Songha Dwaeji Gukbap

Songha Dwaeji Gukbap is a small gukbap restaurant in Namcheon-dong, Busan, serving pork gukbap with a clear broth along with suyuk. The broth is light, and the bowl holds offal without gaminess and thickly sliced meat, served with kimchi and kkakdugi. The shop has many regulars from the neighborhood and is also frequented by older customers. The meat is cut thick in mungttegi style, giving it a coarse, chewy texture.
