Sogotgan is a Korean beef restaurant in Busan that serves hanwoo and chadolbagi. The chadolbagi comes with mushrooms and potatoes, and diners also order doenjang jjigae alongside it. The small, compact space is kept clean. Portions of meat are generous, and staff response and service are quick.
