Soba Jaeujae is a noodle restaurant in Busan that serves yuja soba, yuja hot soba, and handmade dumplings. The soba is built on chicken broth with a mild yuja scent, and yuja cheese is served as dessert after the meal. For the yuja hot soba, broth is poured into the remaining soup so the seasoning can be adjusted. Waiting lines get long depending on the time of the visit.
