Sesil Matjip Gondre Bap

Cecil Matjip Gondre Bap is a Korean restaurant on the road up to the Hwangnyeongsan Observatory in Suyeong-gu, Busan. It serves gondre bap, seafood pajeon, and squid (hanchi) muchim, with banchan that is generally clean-tasting and lightly seasoned. It is open only from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and a wait is possible even before noon. Parking is limited, and the portions of gondre namul and banchan are small.
