PUSIL

Pusil is a fresh-noodle pasta restaurant in an alley near Suyeong-gu Office and Geumnyeonsan Station in Busan. It serves house-made fresh pasta, chodang corn gnocchi, and pork jowl steak. The open kitchen lets diners watch the cooking, and there are small rooms and group seating. Two chefs handle both cooking and serving, so food comes out slowly.
