Paldo Kalguksu is a noodle shop near Paldo Market in Busan that serves seafood kalguksu packed with mussels and surf clams, along with seafood pajeon. The thin, crisp pajeon contains squid and shrimp, and the broth is made with clams and cabbage. Diners eat the clams first, then add the kalguksu noodles at the table and boil them for five minutes. There are four parking spaces in front of the shop, and the kimchi goes well with the kalguksu but is very spicy.
