Paldo Bunsik

Paldo Bunsik is an old bunsik restaurant in Busan serving kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), bibimbap, and noodles. Its menu includes chewy hand-cut kalguksu, spicy kalbibim noodles, and kalguksu in a clear broth. It also serves old-style market kalguksu with a grandmother’s home-cooked taste, along with ordinary gimbap. Payment is cash only.
