Ogok Heukmi Ssal Jjajang

Ogok Heukmi Ssal Jjajang is a Chinese restaurant in the Paldo Market arcade in Suyeong-gu, Busan, serving black rice noodles with jjajang sauce, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. The black rice is mixed into the jjajang sauce, and the noodles are made less greasy than standard fried noodles. The ssal jjajangmyeon resembles noodles topped with jjajang sauce, and it comes with an herbal tea. The jjajangmyeon is strongly sweet and viscous, and the noodles are boiled on the soft side.
