Odoenjang

Odoenjang is a Korean restaurant in Gwangalli, Busan, serving flower crab doenjang jjigae, beef doenjang jjigae, u-reong gang doenjang, and dwaeji duruchigi. The flower crab doenjang jjigae contains one whole flower crab and comes with a fish and meat as well. The meal includes many banchan and is laid out like home cooking. There is a wait during meal times, and the seasoning can taste a little salty to people used to Seoul palates.
