New Lu Rou Mian Guan Zhi

New Roumen Guanzi is a restaurant in the Namcheon-dong alleys of Busan that serves Taiwanese food, including beef noodle soup and wonton noodles. The beef noodle soup combines a broth of dried flounder and chicken stock with chewy noodles and soft meat, while the liangmian is a Taiwanese cold noodle dish with peanut sauce and cucumber.
