Namcheon Myeonga is a Japanese restaurant behind Exllu Tower in Busan that serves buckwheat noodles and soba. Its signature dish is deulgireum memil myeon, made with scallions and perilla and served with tsuyu so it can also be eaten as soba. Customers wait at the entrance through CatchTable, and noodles are made in-house when the order is placed, so food takes time to arrive. The interior is small.
