Namcheon Charcoal Grilled Eel

Namcheon Sutbul Jangeo Gui is an eel grill restaurant in Busan that grills sea eel and spiny eel over charcoal. Diners choose between salt-grilled and seasoned versions, and maeuntang (spicy fish stew) is added after the grilled eel. The restaurant has operated in the same spot for over 30 years, and the eel is served pre-grilled for easier eating. Portions are small, so three people need five basic servings.
