Myeongpum Siraegi Gamjatang

Myeongpum Siraegi Gamjatang is a restaurant in Busan serving ppyeohaejangguk and gamjatang (pork bone and potato stew). Its ppyeohaejangguk comes with two large bones in broth containing perilla seed powder, along with individual tongs. At lunchtime, the seats are filled with nearby office workers. The restaurant provides individual tongs to make it easier to remove the meat from the bones.
