Miss Saigon

Miss Saigon Suyeong is a Vietnamese restaurant in Suyeong-gu, Busan, serving pho, stir-fried noodles, stir-fried rice and dim sum. The pho has a deep broth and chewy noodles, and the dim sum is made with shrimp balls. The chain began at the Noryangjin takeout stall main branch and expanded over ten years, and it draws solo diners on their way home from work. The stir-fried rice comes with crisp bean sprouts.
