Mangmi Saengsaeng Guksu

Mangmi Saengsaeng Guksu is a small noodle shop at the entrance of Mangmi Jungang Market in Suyeong-gu, Busan, selling fresh noodles and goma gimbap. The kongguksu has both sweet and salty notes from the beans, and the noodles are served chewy. Noodles and goma gimbap come out together, and the inside and outside of the shop and the spoons are kept clean. The overall seasoning runs on the salty side.
