MAITRE ARTISAN

Maitre Artijeong is a French bakery on Namcheon-dong's Bread Street in Suyeong-gu, Busan. It sells croissants and baguettes, along with chestnut paste croissants, olive ciabatta, mont blanc, kouign-amann, eclairs, baguette sandwiches and quiche. It is a first-generation shop on Bread Street, run by a French owner, and a line forms at the counter around 3 p.m. on weekends. There is no separate tasting area inside the store.
