Jeongyang Gopchang

Jeongyang Gopchang is a restaurant in Busan serving teukyang, daechang (beef large intestine), and gopchang (grilled intestines). Each dish is served in 200-gram portions, and yangnyeom yang gui and gopchang jeongol are also available. The female owner runs the restaurant alone and grills the gopchang for diners. Takeout and reservations are available, and the men’s and women’s restrooms are separate.
