Jeongdeunmyeon

Jeongdeunmyeon is a gogi-guksu restaurant in Busan, a seven-minute walk from Namcheon Station Exit 1. It serves Jeongdeun-guksu with bone broth and Jeongdeul-guksu with meat broth, each available in a rich or clear version, along with geottakji gamtae-bap. The gogi-guksu broth is savory and light like sagol, and the dining room stays cool even in summer. The noodles have a soft, chewy texture.
