Jeongdamjeong is a home-style restaurant in Busan that serves set meals of gondre rice and lotus leaf rice. The gondre rice set comes with several side dishes, and jeonbyeong and buchu jeon can be ordered as well. Cooking uses no MSG, and cheonggukjang is prepared so that it is neither strong nor salty. The seasoning may taste mild.
