Heureulryu Gamjatang

Heureullyu Gamjatang is a Korean restaurant in Busan serving gamjatang (pork bone and potato stew) and haejangguk. Its haejangguk tastes closer to a gopchang (intestines) hot pot than to the familiar version of haejangguk. The dish contains a lot of minced garlic, giving it a strong garlic aroma. The broth is oily and salty.
