Haian Jjajangmyeon is an old Chinese restaurant in a residential neighborhood of Busan, serving jjajangmyeon, ganjjajang, and handmade mandu. The noodles are thin and made in-house, topped with a sauce that is neither sweet nor salty, and the mandu are served in a gunmandu style. There is no parking lot, so cars must be parked in the neighborhood alleys or on the shoulder. The jjamppong has a seafood flavor but only a mild, non-aggressive heat.
