Gangbyeon Hanwoo

Gangbyeon Hanwoo is a grill house in Busan's Suyeong riverside district where beef and pork galbi are cooked over charcoal. The marinated galbi is aged with apple and pineapple, and the meal comes with sides such as naengmyeon and a black sesame sauce salad. The dolsotbap takes about 20 minutes after ordering, the galbitang contains plenty of boneless meat, and doenjang jjigae is served alongside. On weekend evenings, you have to wait for parking.
