Gaeum Makchang Namcheon Branch

Gaeum Makchang Namcheon is a grill restaurant in Namcheon-dong, Busan, that cooks makchang, samgyeopsal and pork skin over charcoal. The makchang is chewy and rich without off-odours, and the pork skin comes out crisp and glutinous. The owner grills the meat or checks on it during the meal, and the makchang is given a light pre-grill. Steamed egg, pot udon and pot ramyeon are available on the side.
