Eochon Hoetjip

Eochon Hoetjip sits at the entrance of Suyeong Paldo Market near Suyeong Station in Busan, a small raw fish restaurant serving thickly sliced seasonal hware and assorted hoe. Basic anju of meongge and shrimp come with the meal, along with a few pieces of sushi to sample. The second floor, converted from an attic, holds about four tables, and instead of a call bell, guests tap the floor with their palms to signal the first floor. The space is small, so conversation is difficult when the surrounding tables are full.
