Dunnae Makguksu

Dunnae Makguksu is a makguksu restaurant in Suyeong-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan, serving buckwheat mul makguksu and buckwheat bibim makguksu. Buckwheat jeon and buckwheat jeonbyeong are available as side dishes, and the noodles are eaten with yeolmu kimchi and kimchi garnish. The space is a converted home and opens from 11:30 a.m. until evening. The noodles have a chewy texture rather than breaking apart, and the sesame oil aroma rises strongly from the makguksu.
