Dubo Wandang

Dubo Wandang is an old wandang noodle shop in Suyeong-gu, Busan, serving wandang noodles and donkatsu. The wandang has thin wrappers and comes in a rich anchovy broth or a clear broth, and the dumplings go down smoothly. At lunchtime the shop fills up or a wait forms, so it is easier to get in at a late lunch. Set menus pair the wandang noodles with mini donkatsu, yubu sushi, or gimbap.
