Donkuk is a Korean restaurant in Busan that serves dwaeji gukbap and Gaya mul milmyeon. The dwaeji gukbap comes with a rich broth and a generous amount of meat, while the Gaya mul milmyeon has a cool broth with a mild herbal aroma and chewy noodles. Ordering gukbap allows you to swap the plain rice for bibimbap, and the self-service bar offers japchae, eomuk, namul, chives, and noodles. The milmyeon comes with a small portion of suyuk.
