Donghwajib

Donghwajip is a Japanese restaurant in Busan serving modum katsu, udon, and naeng momil. The modum katsu comes with deungsim, ansim, gabeuri deungsim, and saeu katsu, and can be dipped in Himalayan pink salt. Rice and vegetables are unlimited refills, and the dining room is large and clean. The donkatsu stays crisp through the last bite, and the udon is served with chewy noodles and a broth with plenty of ingredients.
