Busandaek

Busan Daek is a pork restaurant on the second floor of a back alley behind the Hollis Coffee at Gwangalli Beach in Busan. It serves samgyeopsal and pork collar, pre-grilled and brought out on a round iron plate over charcoal, with baek kimchi and chives to grill alongside. The kitchen grills most of the meat before it reaches the table, so diners eat right away. The restaurant has an outdoor terrace and a large dining room, and the lighting inside is dim.
