Bugaljib

Bugaljip is a beef restaurant in Gwangalli, Busan, where 1++ Hanwoo is grilled over charcoal. It serves three cuts: sogalbi, deungsim, and anchangsal, eaten with freshly cooked rice, wasabi, and Maldon salt. Arriving early means there is no wait, and carbonated water can be ordered. The doenjang jjigae contains bang-a, so its aroma is not strong.
