Beomi Makchang is a meat restaurant tucked into an alley in Busan’s Gwangalli area, serving Korean beef chadol, makchang (beef abomasum), and fried rice as a side. The Korean beef chadol comes in a generous portion, with fried rice available as part of the order. Basic side dishes include fried egg, Chungmu gimbap, aged kimchi, scallion salad, and salted seafood. Flower crab doenjang stew and perilla oil noodles are also available, while the milmyeon has a strong perilla oil flavor.
