In Namcheon-dong, Busan, 18beon Wandangjip Namcheon is an old neighborhood restaurant serving wandang, balguksu made with buckwheat, and udon. The wandang has a soft texture and a clean, light broth, while the balguksu has chewy noodles coated in a sweetish broth. Two people order one balguksu and a large wandang to share, and on hot days they wait in line. Wandang is a local Busan food, but this is not a taste worth traveling a long distance for.
