Hongikdang is a bakery cafe in Gwangalli, Busan, selling bread and coffee. It bakes with a natural starter cultivated for over ten years and uses no preservatives, offering 100% rice chiffon bread and chive cream cheese salt bread. The bread has a soft, fluffy texture, and coffee can be drunk at the shop. Seating is limited.
