Yesul Galbi

Yesulgarbi is a charcoal grill restaurant in Gwonseon-dong, Suwon. Pork ribs are scored in a diamond pattern and par-grilled over charcoal before serving. At lunch, the charcoal meat doenjang set includes 100 grams of meat, doenjang jjigae, a bowl of rice, and lettuce wraps. Because the restaurant gets busy, arriving late may mean sitting at a floor table instead of a chair table.
