Yeongtong Baekhap Kalguksu Gwanggyo Branch

Yeongtong Baekhap Kalguksu Gwanggyo is a clam shabu-shabu restaurant on the second floor of the Around Life Hall at Alleyway Gwanggyo in Gwanggyo, Suwon. Diners cook beef, bean sprouts, mushrooms and cabbage in baekhap-tang, then finish with kalguksu and egg porridge. The clams are large and well purged of sand, and the broth is clear and clean-tasting. Octopus can be added.
