Yeogi Itso Meokgo Gaso

Yeogiitsso Meokgogaso is a raw galbi restaurant in Suwon that serves saeng galbi and T-bone steak. After the meat is eaten, the kitchen boils a doenjang jjigae using the leftover galbi bones. The restaurant is small and takes reservations, so a booking is required in advance. Parking is at the Yeonmudae public parking lot across the street, and the location is hard to find.
