Seoul Aju Gopchang is a long-running restaurant in front of Ajou University in Suwon, serving gopchang (grilled intestines), makchang (beef abomasum), daechang (beef large intestine), and yang. Its daechang is prepared with the fat removed. The restaurant has operated near Ajou University for many years, and doenjang-jjigae is also served. The gopchang portions are small, and prices are on the higher side.
