Salangjib

Sarangjip is a pork and kimchi grill restaurant near Ajou University in Uman-dong, Suwon. The pork and kimchi grill is served fully cooked, and diners wrap it in perilla leaf with mayonnaise and garlic. Orders are placed at the table through a kiosk, and the food comes out almost immediately. If you order bokkeum bap, the staff take the pot to the kitchen and fry it there.
