Methane alley noodle

Maetangolmok Naengmyeon is a naengmyeon restaurant in Maetan-dong, Suwon. It serves mul naengmyeon and bibim naengmyeon as its base, along with myeongtae hoe naengmyeon, kalguksu, and donkatsu. Some naengmyeon comes topped with yeolmu, and the hot broth is made by adding stock to the water used to boil buckwheat noodles or naengmyeon sari. The restaurant is closed on Saturdays.
