Jeonju Sundae Guk

Jeonju Sundaeguk is a sundae-guk restaurant inside Jeongja Market in Suwon. The sundae-guk comes with a choice of head meat, innards, assorted parts, or sundae, and also includes pi-sundae and chal-sundae. The owner boils a pig's head in a cauldron every day, and on order the white broth is served with pepper, salt, and perilla seeds on the side. It sits in the middle of the market, so parking is inconvenient.
