Jangnyang Malatang is a Chinese restaurant in Suwon that serves malatang and dumplings. You order malatang by putting vegetables, soyang, yubu, and corn noodles into a bowl. The restaurant has a sauce bar and produces the taste of mainland Chinese malatang. The dumplings come out freshly steamed but have a texture closer to steamed buns.
