Ingye Sujebi

Ingyesujebi is a sujebi (hand-torn dough soup) restaurant in the food alley behind the New Core Outlet Dongsuwon branch in Ingye-dong, Suwon. It serves thin, chewy potato sujebi, kimchi jeon, and potato jeon, with the kimchi jeon coming in three pieces. A line forms during lunch hours, and the yeolmu mulkimchi is self-served. The broth of the basic sujebi is white and the flavor is ordinary.
