Hongdukkae Kalguksu

Hongdukkae Kalguksu is a kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) restaurant in Seryu-dong, Suwon. The noodles are hand-pulled, so their thickness is uneven, and the restaurant serves both kalguksu and kaljebi. Barley bibimbap is prepared by diners at a self-service counter. The kitchen and dining area are dirty, and kimchi broth is left on the tables.
