Haenggung Jangjak Hanbang Tongdak

Haenggung Jangjak Hanbang Tongdak is a whole-chicken restaurant in Haenggung-dong, Suwon. It serves chicken roasted over oak firewood, including chicken aged for 12 hours with medicinal herbs and corn cheese chicken. Whole chickens turn over the wood fire in front of the store, and the seating inside is cool. The glutinous rice stuffed in the chicken crisps like scorched rice where it touches the stone plate.
