Eomji Minmul Maeuntang

Eomji Minmul Maeuntang is a freshwater maeuntang restaurant in Yeongtong-dong, Suwon. It serves maeuntang made with ppagasari, ssogari and mixed fish, along with shrimp-tang kalguksu, and noodles are added to the pot at the end. The maeuntang broth is seasoned with gochujang, cheonggukjang and dried shrimp. The maeuntang is on the expensive side.
